Narrator Booking Process: A Simple 5-Step Guide
For those booking a professional narrator for the first time, we explain the process from initial inquiry to final delivery in 5 simple steps. Suitable for corporate VPs, CMs, documentaries, and more.
Step 1. Inquiry & Estimate
Contact us via the contact form. Please provide the video's purpose, approximate document length (characters), and desired delivery date. We will provide an estimate within 24 hours.
Step 2. Script & Direction Sharing
Once you decide to proceed, please send the final script and a reference video (if any). We will also confirm the desired "tone" and "pacing" here.
Step 3. Recording (Home Studio or External)
The recording is performed. For home studio recording, we handle everything from setup to noise reduction. If you request an "Attended Recording," we will visit your designated studio.
Step 4. Preliminary Delivery & Review
We deliver the recorded audio data (typically in WAV format). Please check for any missed words or nuance gaps. We support one free round of minor revisions.
Step 5. Final Delivery
Once you approve the takes, the process is complete. We can provide raw data or mixed audio (MA) with BGM upon request.
