Identify the Time, Wording and Reason
A request to “make it better” can leave the intended delivery unclear. Share the video time, the exact wording and the reason for the change together.

If the script changes, provide the old and new wording side by side. Separating delivery adjustments from wording changes helps identify the scope of the re-recording.

If you find a reading error, identify the affected passage so we can review it and explain the response. Revision delivery dates depend on the amount of work and availability.
Agree on the Reference Before Recording
Share a reference sample, proper-name pronunciations and the approved script version. Consolidate internal or client feedback and make the changed passages clear.
