Commissioning narration from Masahiro Kobayashi involves an enquiry, quote, script check, recording and delivery. Tell me the current situation even if the script or duration is undecided.

1. Share the Use, Length and Target Date

Provide the video type, approximate duration, quantity, budget and target date. If you have a preferred voice, use “Enquire with this voice” on a sample player to include its name with your enquiry.

2. Agree on the Quote, Usage and Schedule

Corporate video narration starts at ¥50,000 for three minutes, with +¥10,000 per additional minute as a guideline. The individual quote follows confirmation of the media, period, territory, secondary use and recording arrangements. If you have a fixed budget, ask what can be offered within it.

3. Confirm the Script and Vocal Direction

Confirm the script version, pronunciations, tone and pacing. Separate spoken wording from directions about the video or pauses. If you need a trial read or provisional recording, discuss availability, scope and fees in advance.

4. Record on the Agreed Schedule

Home-studio recording, online direction and Tokyo studio sessions are available. External studio arrangements or travel require prior confirmation of the location, responsibilities and costs.

5. Receive and Review the Files

Delivery is usually 24–48 hours after script approval. Rush work is subject to availability. WAV/MP3, specified file splitting and naming are supported. Video integration or mixing with background music should be discussed separately from the narration recording scope.

One tonal revision is included. Additional rounds start at ¥5,000; script changes start at ¥10,000. The scope is agreed case by case.
