How are you writing your corporate VP narration scripts?
We often hear these concerns from video directors and PR managers:
"I have an image for the video, but I can't think of the opening for the narration."
"The script I wrote feels too long when matched with the video..."
In corporate VPs and company introduction videos, the "narration structure" is just as important as the visuals.
Today, from a professional narrator's perspective, I am releasing the "Golden Rule Template" actually used in many corporate VPs for free. Just fill in the blanks according to this model, and your baseline for a persuasive video script is complete!

[Free Release] Golden Rule Template for Corporate VPs
Most company intro videos or corporate VPs consist of the following "4 blocks" (Estimated duration: approx. 2-3 minutes).
1. Introduction (Empathy / Identifying the Issue)
A section to attract the viewer's interest and make them feel the issue is relevant to them.
> [Template Example]
> "In today's rapidly changing business environment. (Pause)
> What companies are looking for now is not just efficiency.
> How to overcome the wall of [Target's Issue].
> That is the challenge to survive in the future."
2. Presenting the Solution (Company / Service Introduction)
Present how "your company (or your service)" solves the issue mentioned in the introduction. This is an important part to emphasize the company or service name.
> [Template Example]
> "We, [Company Name], tackle that challenge head-on.
> With unique technology cultivated since our founding and the network of [Network].
> By combining these, we provide the optimal solution for our customers.
> [Service Name] is a revolutionary system that realizes [Goal]."
3. Specific Strengths / Track Record (Gaining Trust)
Position why your company is chosen, listing differences from competitors and track records to build persuasiveness. Infographics (graphs) or actual site footage are often shown here.
> [Template Example]
> "There are three reasons why we are chosen.
> First, [Point 1].
> Second, [Point 2].
> And third, our overwhelming support capability.
> We have introduced this to over [Number] companies so far, building a solid track record."
4. Conclusion / Future Outlook (Call to Action)
Finally, speak about the corporate philosophy or the intended future to move the viewer's heart and close the video.
> [Template Example]
> "For the smiles of our customers. And for the realization of a richer society.
> We will continue to take on challenges.
> Creating the future of [Field], [Company Name]."

3 Tips for Using the Template
Tip 1: Aim for "300 characters" per minute
When a professional narrator reads at a standard speed, it's about 300 characters (Japanese) per minute. For corporate VPs where you want a calm atmosphere, keep it to 250-280 characters and utilize "pauses" effectively.
Tip 2: Convert "Written Language" to "Spoken Language"
Overly stiff sentences like "It is..." or "Execute..." are hard to process by ear. Aim for softer spoken language like "We do..." or "It's..." to make it more accessible to viewers.
Tip 3: Insert Pauses at Scene Changes
In addition to line breaks, insert instructions for the narrator like "(1 second pause)" at scene transitions to sync the voice perfectly with the visuals.

The Best Scripts Deserve the Best "Voice."
No matter how great the script, if the "voice" reading it lacks persuasiveness, the company's appeal is halved.
